This class is designed with the mature age client in mind and is also ideal for those just starting out or participating in our clinical package. The focus is on improving mobility, building strength, boosting cardiovascular fitness, and enhancing overall functional movement. We incorporate gentle fitness exercises, weights, balance, and supportive reformer work to help you move with greater ease and confidence. A safe and encouraging environment for all levels of ability.
